COMPLAINTS

We take the greatest care to ensure that our shoes are of the highest quality. However, if the product you purchased does not meet expectations or reveals a defect, we encourage you to file a complaint.

Please send the complaint form along with photos of the product defects by e-mail to shop@vandanovak.com . After the Customer Service Department has assessed the complaint, please send the product in question along with the completed complaint form to the following address:

The customer is informed about the commencement of the complaint process and its course.

The stationary boutique in Warsaw only accepts complaints about shoes purchased in-store.
