We are currently looking for a Customer Advisor for our flagship boutique at 51/53 Mokotowska Street in Warsaw—a committed individual with a passion for fashion and creating exceptional shopping experiences.

Scope of duties:
– Professional customer service in a stationary boutique
– Building long-term relationships with clients and actively developing a client base
– Ensuring the highest standards of display and boutique aesthetics
– Participation in receiving deliveries and ongoing operational work of the boutique
– Representing the VANDA NOVAK brand in accordance with its image and values

Requirements:
– Experience in a similar position in the premium brand segment
– Passion for fashion and knowledge of current trends
– High personal culture and ease in establishing relationships with clients
– Very good knowledge of English
– Teamwork skills and commitment
